Intercept X is the most comprehensive post protection in the industry, designed to prevent a large number of threats. Intercept X Advanced combines the features of Intercept X and Central Endpoint in a single solution. Intercept X Advanced with EDR also integrates EDR (intelligent endpoint detection and response). It is managed by a unified management console in the Cloud, Sophos Central. There is no need for management equipment, simply login to download the agent and configure all policies from a single location, which is available for use on Windows 7 or later systems and MacOS. Your servers can benefit from specific versions for Windows Server, protecting all critical points of your network.

Intercept X combines several technologies, including scanning prevention without relying on signatures, deep learning malware detection, anti-ransomware features, endpoint detection and response (EDR) and much more.

It detects new and unknown malware through Deep Learning technology. Using the industry’s number one malware detection engine, Intercept X is able to detect unknown malware before running on the terminal.
It prevents ransomware through CryptoGuard technology. When a malicious cryptographic attack arises, CryptoGuard stops the attack immediately. Any changes made by the ransomware are reverted to the original state.
It prevents hacker attacks by blocking the exploitation techniques used to carry out attacks. Instead of examining millions of malware samples, Intercept X focuses on the more than 25 exploitation techniques used by hackers to spread malware, steal credentials and evade detection.
With EDR technology, it is possible to easily analyze an attack and identify the point of origin, while the attack is neutralized.

The world’s best visibility, protection and response.

The Sophos XG Firewall offers unprecedented visibility of your network, users and applications, directly in Sophos Central. It has the ability to generate detailed reports and the option to add Sophos iView for centralized reporting across multiple firewalls.

Sophos XG offers the best protection against the latest advanced threats, such as ransomware, cryptomining, bots, worms, intrusions, breaches and APTs.

It includes the following technologies:

It includes the following technologies:
  • Powerful Sandstorm with a powerful sandbox
  • Deep Learning with artificial intelligence
  • Exceptional performance IPS rigorously tested by NSS Labs
  • Protection against botnets and advanced threats
  • Web protection with dual AV, JavaScript emulation and SSL inspection

A pioneer in the sector, Sophos XG integrates Deep Learning technology with the Sophos Sandstorm sandbox, offering the best detection rates in the sector without the use of subscriptions. Quickly and effectively captures malware not previously identified and hidden in suspicious payloads. It integrates some of the best Next-Gen endpoint protection technologies from Intercept X, such as preventing vulnerability exploits and CryptoGuard Protection to identify exploits by malware and ransomware before they reach your network. Combined with the IPS intrusion prevention system, Sophos XG security prevents any attack on computers, servers or other sensitive points on your network, being the only network security solution capable of fully identifying the source of an infection and automatically limiting access to other resources, through exclusive Sophos Security Heartbeat ™ technology that shares telemetry information and health status between Sophos Endpoints and your firewall.

Surveillance

There are two types of video surveillance systems, CCTV (closed circuit television), also known as analog, and IP cameras, also known as network cameras. Both CCTV systems and IP systems transmit video to the desired destination.

CCTV systems

Convert the video signal into a format that can be used by televisions, VCRs or DVRs. CCTV uses a coaxial and a power cable

IP Cameras

Convert the video signal into IP packets to be transmitted over the data network or over the Internet to a network storage device, such as a server, NAS or storing on the camera itself. An IP camera uses standard network cabling (Cat 5e or Cat 6). Using a PoE switch or injector, an IP camera can be powered and video can be transmitted over a single cable, thereby reducing the cost of cabling compared to CCTV.
